Courier pick up every Thurs and Monday cut off 3 pm. Receive within 1-3 days.
*Address has to be accurate upon final purchase, if there is any inaccuracy an additional charge of $6 to be made for 2nd time courier*
Self-collection will be available from Friday to Sunday between 12pm – 6pm. The location for self-collection is TBG @ T-Space, 1 Tampines North Drive 1, T-Space, #02-23 Singapore 528559.
Items will only be kept for a maximum of 2 days. No collection within the time frame extended will result in a cancellation. Thebubblygem reserved the right to cancel your purchase without prior notice.

-Items can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase if there is any manufacturing defect found.
- Exchanges are done during operational hours only.
- Exchanges are subject to availability of the item
- Exchanges/Refunds are not allowed for sale items. Sales items are final.
-Exchanges/Returns/Refunds are not applicable for sizes/designs.
-Items must be in its original packing and with its original tags and labels, along with proof of purchase will be required for refund or exchange.
-Items sold at sale prices and with existing defects are not eligible for return, refund and exchange.
-Please allow for a period of up to 7 working days for us to process refunds.
-Self pick up items has to be checked in studio, if there are any defects found after you leave the studio, we will not be liable.
